We verify that all massage therapists are certified and members of professional associations. When you book your massage using this website or telephone service, you agree to our company policies, cancellation policies and this User Agreement.
You agree to be respectful to all massage therapists. No violent behavior, inappropriate comments or sexual advances will be tolerated. Massage therapists will report these types of behaviors and appropriate action will be taken. You also agree not to contact the massage therapists directly to book your massages or for any other reasons, whether by SMS, email or via social networks. You agree to use our platform or the telephone service for all reservations and questions.

You agree to disclose to the massage therapist any physical or other condition that may be incompatible with the care that you will receive. You agree that despite the fact that the massage therapists have taken all reasonably possible measures to comply with the sanitary instructions established by the public health authorities, there may still be risks of the spread or transmission of viruses, such as COVID-19. As an essential condition for the massage therapy treatments that will be provided to you, you agree to hold Sensia Santé Massothérapie Mobile, it’s owners, employees and the massage therapists harmless for any damage or loss that may be caused to you as part of the care provided or as a result thereof. To this end, you waive any past, present or future claim arising from the care received. You release Sensia Santé Massothérapie Mobile, it’s owners, employees, the certified massage therapists and all other third parties with whom he or she may be affiliated from any liability of any kind whatsoever in connection with the care received by the massage therapists.

You agree that in no case can Sensia Santé, its owners and employees be held legally, morally or financially responsible for all behavior and comments of massage therapists. You agree to indemnify and hold Sensia Santé, it’s owners and employees harmless from any demand, loss, liability, claim or expense (including attorney’s fees) made against you by third parties as a result of, or arising out of, or in connection with with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Sensia Santé reserves the right to no longer offer service to any customers who do not comply with our company policies, cancellation policies and this user agreement. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at our sole discretion.
