LOMI LOMI MASSAGE

Long practiced in Hawaii, the lomi-lomi massage is rooted in the huna: a Hawaiian philosophy centered on the harmony of mind, body and soul.
The practitioner usually uses his or her forearms to make long sweeping massage movements, similar to long undulating waves that move along the body.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage, is traditionally performed on the ground on a tatami, and maneuvers are done over the clothes. It combines stretching, yoga postures, meditation and therapeutic techniques. The massage therapist performs various movements using his hands, elbows, knees and feet.
Thai massage can also be adapted to be performed on a massage table.

Kinesitherapy is an advanced massage therapy technique that uses, for its treatments, Swedish massage, passive, active and various mobilizations as well as exercises.
Kinesitherapy means treatment with movement and will be beneficial when you are experiencing painful problems caused by: arthritis, osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, nerve irritation, sciatica, cruralgia, cervico-brachial neuralgia, neuropathy, spinal problem, herniated disc, lumbago, muscle injury, tear, muscle strain, acute blockage etc.
ORTHOTHERAPY

Orthotherapy aims to relieve muscle and joint pain often due to posture defects, sudden gestures, strokes, falls, or accidents, or even to sedentary lifestyles.
The orthotherapist is a professional who combines kinesitherapy with massage therapy to relieve pain caused by musculoskeletal disorders. Using massage, joint mobilizations and therapeutic exercises, the orthotherapist works to improve the postural imbalances.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage therapy technique that aims to stimulate the circulation of lymph in the body and thus promote the elimination of waste and toxins.
