All our massage therapists are experts in their fields and have several certifications and specializations. They are all graduates of their respective massage schools and are members of professional massage therapy associations.
You can pay by credit card or Interac transfer after your massage. Cash will be accepted in case other payment methods are not possible.

If our massage therapist is unable to find free parking, you will have to reimburse the massage therapist for the parking costs incurred.
All our massage therapists are members of respected professional associations. Therefore, at your request, the massage therapist will provide you with a receipt so that you can claim a refund from your insurance company. Only the person receiving the massage can request an insurance receipt.
As soon as you book your massage, depending on the style and date, you will be paired with massage therapists with the required certification for the type of massage chosen. You will have the opportunity to choose from those that are available.
After booking online you will receive an email confirmation of your massage, with all the details and the name of the massage therapist who will come to your home.
You can easily book the same massage therapist for all future appointments by choosing their name from the calendar of your region.
CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your appointment with no extra fees up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, you will be charged a 50% fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.
RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS:
You can reschedule your appointment with no extra fees up to 12 hours prior to your appointment. However, you will be charged a 50% fee if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.
We can have a massage therapist at your home or workplace in as little as 2 hours from the moment you book your massage by phone or online on our website. However, it is always preferable to book in advance whenever possible.
At your appointment, our massage therapist will arrive at your door with their massage table, clean sheets and relaxation music to make sure to give you a unique and relaxing massage. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your In home massage.
All you need is a 4×8 square foot space for a massage table, ideally, with access to a bathroom and a power outlet.
Tips are at your discretion. Tips are always greatly appreciated, but are not mandatory.
Yes, absolutely! You can book again with the same massage therapist. You can easily book the same massage therapist for all future appointments by choosing his name from the calendar of your region.
You can undress until you are comfortable. You can choose to keep your undergarments on or off. Our massage therapists are trained to properly drape your body so you can relax knowing that you are being treated by a professional.
Our massage therapists are under contract with Sensia Santé and have signed agreements. They are legally and morally committed to directing all future bookings through Sensia Santé.
