massage therapists :
When you arrive at the customer’s home you must send a text to 514-804-9444 to inform your support team that you are now with a customer.
When you leave the customer’s home, you must again text your support team to let us know that you are safe and that you are no longer with a customer.
Our massage therapists all receive a safety note. If you need help, mention the word “MIDNIGHT” on the phone or
text message. “I blocked my calendar at midnight.” or text 911. We will send authorities to your location. Please note that we have never had such a situation.
*If you would like to learn more about the security protocols your support team follows regarding customers, please call us and we will share them with you.
Managing your calendar is one of the most important tasks you have. Our online booking system is synchronized with your calendar. This allows our guests to book you according to your availability. It’s an incredible privilege to manage your own calendar, but with it comes a great responsibility.
Your reputation as a massage therapist and our reputation as a company depends on your good calendar management.
Massages can take place between 9 am and 10 pm 7 days a week. Clients can book online 24 hours a day, but can also call us and text us between 9 am and 10 pm.
When a client reserves you, it is not a request, It is a confirmed appointment because they were able to access your calendar and book you according to your availability.
When you receive a booking in your calendar, it is a confirmed booking and therefore cannot be changed as customers have already received the confirmation email and complete their health form online.
You also receive a booking email when a customer makes an appointment. You must reply to the email as soon as possible to let us know that you have seen the booking correctly.
When managing your calendar, always add a little more time before and after your events, as customers can book you immediately before or after your event.
For example, if you go to school from 10:am to 13:pm and you block those hours in your calendar. A customer may book you at 9 a.m. and another customer may also book you at 1 p.m. Immediately before and after your event. They expect you to be at their homes at this time, so block more time when creating your calendar events.
IN HOME MASSAGE
When you receive a booking email, you must reply to it to let your support team know that you have seen the booking. This should be done as soon as possible and ideally no later than 2 hours after receiving the email. We understand you’re a busy professional. Remember that your support team is working with clients and your quick response will ensure that Sensia Health provides the best customer experience.
The next step is to follow security protocols and send text messages to your support team upon your arrival and departure. (See Safety Protocols for Massage Therapists for more information.
We advise clients that our massage therapists arrive at their door at the time of booking. Not 20 minutes earlier or later. It is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to arrive on time. This means getting to the site early enough to anticipate unforeseen events such as traffic and parking problems.
We understand that incidents can sometimes occur even if we have taken the necessary precautions. Therefore, if you are going to arrive late, please let your support team know as soon as you are aware of the unavoidable situation. This way, we can alert customers and manage their expectations to ensure the best possible customer experience.
*TIP: Use the WAZE app to plan your travel. You can even set the arrival time and waze will tell you when to leave to arrive on time.
*TIP: If you click on the address in the booking in your Google calendar, you can choose to open WAZE or MAPS.
